Our Repertoire is free to use and includes songs from over 57,000 publishers worldwide. Whether you’re searching for specific songs or checking representation for mechanical licensing, our database is an essential resource.

Once you’ve selected a song, you’ll see detailed information indicating whether CMRRA represents shares of the song.

Are all the songs in the database represented by CMRRA?

Not all songs listed in our database are fully represented by CMRRA.

• Songs marked as « not represented » mean we do not manage the mechanical licensing rights for those works.
• For songs with multiple publishers, CMRRA may represent some, but not all, copyright owners.
  • In such cases, we can issue licenses for the shares we represent, but you must obtain additional licenses from other copyright holders directly.

What if the song I’m looking for isn’t listed?

If a song isn’t found in our database, it doesn’t necessarily mean it’s not represented. Ownership changes frequently, and in some cases, we may need to confirm representation with the publisher(s) directly.

How accurate is the information in the database?

While we strive to keep the information current, song ownership and catalogues can change hands. We recommend verifying details with the publisher(s) if needed.
