CMRRA has launched a new online affiliation process designed to give applicants a guided way to complete their affiliation, set up payment details, and verify identity online.
The updated experience brings all key elements of affiliation together in one process, including the Application and Terms & Conditions, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payment set-up and identity verification powered by Stripe. Identity verification is an integral part of CMRRA’s Know Your Customer (KYC) process that helps to securely confirm your identity, and is an important component of CMRRA’s larger strategy to prevent anomalous claims.
Once all required steps are completed, and identity verification is successfully achieved, the application is reviewed by CMRRA’s Client Services team. Approved applicants then receive a countersigned agreement, details of their CMRRA account, and instructions on how to register for access to our client portal, CMRRA Direct.
The new affiliation process is now available through the CMRRA website.
