Direct Deposit & Banking Information

Use this process to set up direct deposit or update your banking information with CMRRA. 

Step 1: Complete the EFTA Form 

Download and complete the Electronic Funds Transfer Authorization (EFTA) form with your banking details. 

Please note: 

  • P.O. Boxes are not accepted for the payee or financial institution address. A street address is required.  
  • Your payee address is kept confidential and used for payment purposes only.  
  • Be sure to select the Account Type in the Account Information section.  

Step 2: Provide Verification 

To verify your banking information, you are required to include one of the following: 

  • A void cheque, scanned or digital 
  • An official bank document showing the account name, bank code, transit number, and account number  

Step 3: Submit Your Information 

Email your completed EFTA Form and banking verification to [email protected] 

Updating Your Banking Information 

To update your banking details, submit a new EFTA Form along with the required banking verification. Your new information will replace the banking details currently on file.  

Keeping your banking information up to date helps ensure your payments are processed accurately and without delay.
