Dear Clients,
I wanted to communicate with you about the potential impact of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). At CMRRA, one of our core values is client service, and our commitment to this is paramount. We, like many of you, are closely monitoring the evolving situation. At this time, we do not currently foresee any immediate disruption to our normal processes of work. This includes the upcoming CMRRA royalty distribution which is scheduled for Monday, March 16, 2020.
We are also implementing measures to minimize the potential for any future disruptions by enabling our team to work remotely. Should our physical headquarters close for any reason, our social media communication on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram will provide ongoing updates. All questions sent to [email protected] are tracked and answered diligently. Additionally, we encourage our clients to communicate with us via e-mail but we will ensure the main CMRRA line (416-926-1966) is monitored on a continuous basis.
We hope this communication eases any potential questions or concerns you may have.
Best regards,
Paul Shaver
