Royalty payments made by CMRRA to non-residents of Canada are not subject to Canadian withholding tax.   

CMRRA is obligated to report your TAX ID information to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).  

To ensure your information is accurate, please complete the Tax ID Update form if: 

• Your tax information has changed 

• You have not yet provided a Tax ID 

• You need to update your country of tax residency
