To access your new format royalty statements and summaries, you first must log into your CMRRA Direct Account. Once logged in, hover over the ROYALTY STATEMENTS option on the CMRRA Direct Menu Bar and select View Statements.
Your Statement Summary List will appear sorted in descending order by Payment Date for each Payment Run. The Payment Run can be identified by the Payment ID and its associated Description. While over time we will work toward consolidating payments as much as possible under a single Payment Run, for our initial distributions using the new statement format, there will be separate Payment Runs for each Distribution Category.
To download your statement or summary:
1. Click the radio button adjacent the report you want
2. Select the file format via the dropdown menu
3. Click Download
Please note that Summary Reports are available in either PDF or CSV file format and Statement Detail Files are available in CSV file format only.
