Statements are available as soon as payments are issued and distributions are closed for each quarter. Royalties are distributed to CMRRA clients on a quarterly basis; March 15, June 15, September 15, and December 15. An email notification will be sent to the appropriate contact to advise you on when your statements become available.

Why is there an option for an electronic statement file but no file is available?
If you option an electronic statement file which indicates “There is no file”, it means you have not received royalties from that source for that particular distribution. Please refer to your Income Summary by Publisher report for specific details regarding the source of payments for that distribution.
How do I access my Income Summary by Publisher report (previously Publisher Summary)?
The old Publisher Summary is now available under the Income Summary by Publisher option in the download section of CMRRA Direct -> View Statements page.

What if I can’t find my statements?
If a payment has been issued to you there should be corresponding statement details. If you can’t locate your statement details please contact our Royalty Department.
Why are there no statement details when I open my statement file?
If you open a statement file with no details, this is related to a distribution for which you did not receive payment. For example, if you did not sign the RUA form for the last Broadcast Mechanical distribution for Commercial Radio royalties, a payment was not issued and therefore statement details were not generated.
What if my statement doesn’t balance to my payment?
Please refer to the Payment Summary report to assist you with balancing the statement amounts to your payment. Royalty statement amounts are always verified against your payment amount before payment is issued, but if you encounter a balancing issue please contact our Royalty Department for further assistance.
Why is there a different rate for some details in my Broadcast Mechanical statements?
Generally, there is one rate applicable to all works in the Broadcast Mechanical statements.
