► What are the possible values associated with “Status”?
The Status refers to the status of the licence, as processed under the terms of the Mechanical Licensing Agreement between CMRRA and Licensee. The possible values, and associated meaning, are:
- Cancelled - this licence has been cancelled because of a change in the ownership of the music work, or partial share thereof, or CMRRA's representation of said musical work or share, which renders this licence obsolete
- Confirmed - this licence has been accepted by the Licensee pursuant to the terms of the Mechanical Licensing Agreement
- Deemed Confirmed - this licence has been deemed accepted by the Licensee pursuant to the terms of the Mechanical Licensing Agreement
- DNR - this licence has not been issued because CMRRA does not represent the copyright owner for mechanical licensing
- Issued - this licence has been issued by CMRRA but it has not yet been processed by the Licensee
- Legal Hold - this licence has been rejected by the Licensee due to an existing or pending litigation respecting the musical work in question where (i) such litigation has been initiated in a court of law but has not yet been succesfully resolved by the parties to that litigation and (ii) information respecting such litigation has been disclosed to CMRRA, in writing
- On Hold - this licence has not yet been issued as the royalty rate has not yet been determined
- Refused - this licence has not been issued by CMRRA at the request of the copyright owner or due to other reasons
- Rejected - this licence has been rejected by the Licensee
- Suspended - this licence has not yet been issued as the copyright ownership for the musical work, or applicable share, has not yet been determined

The Rate Type relates the royalty rate at which the licence was issued pursuant to the terms of the Mechanical Licensing Agreement. The possible values are:
- Full Rate
- Budget Rat
- Controlled Rate
- N0n-Controlled Rate
