{"id":147649,"date":"2026-09-10T08:04:06","date_gmt":"2026-09-10T12:04:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cmrra.ca\/?p=147649"},"modified":"2026-09-10T08:04:06","modified_gmt":"2026-09-10T12:04:06","slug":"presentation-du-nouveau-processus-dadhesion-en-ligne-de-la-cmrra","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cmrra.ca\/fr\/presentation-du-nouveau-processus-dadhesion-en-ligne-de-la-cmrra\/","title":{"rendered":"Pr\u00e9sentation du nouveau processus d\u2019adh\u00e9sion en ligne de la CMRRA"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/1&Prime;][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=\u00a0\u00bb475484&Prime;]La CMRRA a r\u00e9cemment mis en place un nouveau processus d\u2019adh\u00e9sion en ligne con\u00e7u pour guider les personnes qui souhaitent s\u2019affilier \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape de leur d\u00e9marche, notamment pour remplir leur demande, configurer leurs informations de paiement et v\u00e9rifier leur identit\u00e9 en ligne.<\/p>\n<p>Cette nouvelle formule rassemble en un seul processus l\u2019ensemble des \u00e9l\u00e9ments n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l\u2019adh\u00e9sion, tels que la demande d\u2019affiliation, les conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales, la configuration du paiement par virement \u00e9lectronique (EFT) et la v\u00e9rification d\u2019identit\u00e9 assur\u00e9e par Stripe \u2014 une \u00e9tape importante du processus \u00ab\u2009Know Your Customer\u2009\u00bb (KYC) de la CMRRA, qui permet de confirmer votre identit\u00e9 en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Elle constitue \u00e9galement un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel de la strat\u00e9gie globale de la CMRRA visant \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir toute r\u00e9clamation anormale.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois les \u00e9tapes requises franchies et l\u2019identit\u00e9 valid\u00e9e, l\u2019\u00e9quipe du service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le de la CMRRA examine la demande.
