Communiquez avec la CMRRA pour discuter des conditions pr\u00e9alables et d\u00e9terminer si une entente de licence m\u00e9canique convient \u00e0 votre entreprise.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Co\u00fbts et tarifs des licences m\u00e9caniques<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le tarif actuel des droits d\u2019auteur est de <\/span><b>8,3 cents par \u0153uvre et par copie <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pour les chansons d\u2019une dur\u00e9e maximale de cinq minutes. Pour les chansons de plus de cinq minutes, ajoutez un suppl\u00e9ment de <\/span><b>1,66 cent par minute (ou fraction de minute).<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Remarque\u00a0:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Certains \u00e9diteurs appliquent parfois un tarif l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce tarif s\u2019applique uniquementment aux enregistrements audio (comme les CD, les cassettes ou les vinyles). Les licences pour d\u2019autres produits (ex.\u00a0: jouets, jeux) font l\u2019objet de n\u00e9gociations individuelles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si vous avez sign\u00e9 une entente englobant les licences m\u00e9caniques, vous pouvez b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de r\u00e9ductions sur les enregistrements \u00e0 petit budget ou les \u0153uvres soumises \u00e0 des clauses de composition contr\u00f4l\u00e9e. Cependant, ils doivent\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">assurer le suivi des changements de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 des \u0153uvres musicales;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fournir des relev\u00e9s trimestriels pr\u00e9cis des redevances.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cette aptitude fait partie de l\u2019\u00e9valuation de l\u2019admissibilit\u00e9 au programme de licences m\u00e9caniques.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Adh\u00e9rez au programme de licences m\u00e9caniques<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour \u00eatre admissible au programme de licences m\u00e9caniques, votre entreprise doit r\u00e9pondre aux crit\u00e8res suivants\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>1.
