Un minimum de <\/span><b>500 exemplaires par format<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (p.&nbsp;ex., 500 CD, 500 vinyles) est requis. Si votre premier pressage est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 ce seuil, la licence couvrira tout de m\u00eame les pressages suppl\u00e9mentaires jusqu\u2019\u00e0 500 exemplaires. Une fois ce seuil atteint, une nouvelle demande et un nouveau paiement sont requis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cette structure offre une grande flexibilit\u00e9 tout en garantissant une bonne clart\u00e9 et une gestion ais\u00e9e pour les projets de moindre envergure.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Est-ce que le mode Payer \u00e0 la fabrication vous convient&nbsp;?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cette licence se r\u00e9v\u00e8le id\u00e9ale si vous&nbsp;:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">enregistrez et publiez une reprise d\u2019une chanson sur un support physique;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">publiez des enregistrements audio uniquement tels que des CD, des cassettes, des cl\u00e9s USB, des vinyles;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">vendez ou importez des produits physiques en quantit\u00e9s limit\u00e9es au Canada.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez payer d\u2019avance pour tous les exemplaires press\u00e9s plut\u00f4t que recevoir des rapports trimestriels puis effectuer les paiements.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mais veuillez prendre note que&nbsp;:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">les produits d\u00e9riv\u00e9s tels que les jouets, les jeux ou autres produits particuliers qui int\u00e8grent de la musique enregistr\u00e9e font l\u2019objet d&rsquo;une licence directement aupr\u00e8s des \u00e9diteurs;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">les utilisations audiovisuelles telles que les vid\u00e9os accompagn\u00e9es d\u2019une bande sonore musicale n\u00e9cessitent une licence de synchronisation qui doit \u00eatre obtenue directement aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019\u00e9diteur de musique;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">toute modification apport\u00e9e \u00e0 une \u0153uvre comme l\u2019ajout de paroles, une traduction ou l\u2019utilisation d\u2019un \u00e9chantillon n\u00e9cessite l\u2019autorisation de l\u2019\u00e9diteur avant d\u2019\u00eatre soumise \u00e0 la CMRRA. S\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019une adaptation bien connue, envoyez un courriel \u00e0 <\/span><a href=\"mailto:registrations@cmrra.ca\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">payp@cmrra.ca<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pour confirmer si elle est approuv\u00e9e.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Processus d\u2019application pour \u2018Payer au moment de fabrication\u2019 ou pour produits import\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La demande d\u2019une licence \u201c Payer au moment de fabrication\u201d comporte plusieurs \u00e9tapes. Voici les \u00e9l\u00e9ments que vous devrez soumettre :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Confirmation des unit\u00e9s fabriqu\u00e9es (bon de commande, facture ou lettre du fabricant confirmant le nombre d\u2019unit\u00e9s \u00e0 fabriquer)<\/li>\n<li>Formulaire de demande de licence m\u00e9canique d\u00fbment rempli (<a href=\"\/forms\/licenceapplicants\/Application-for-Mechanical-Licences_Form_Fillable.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">version PDF ou version imprim\u00e9e<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>Paiement des redevances (<a href=\"https:\/\/cmrra.ca\/get-licensed\/pay-as-you-press\/online-payments\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">paiement en ligne par carte de cr\u00e9dit<\/a>, ch\u00e8que certifi\u00e9, mandat, ou ch\u00e8que personnel non certifi\u00e9)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Co\u00fbts et tarifs des licences m\u00e9caniques<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour les enregistrements audio seulement (comme les CD, cassettes ou disques vinyles), un taux de redevance m\u00e9canique standard s\u2019applique et CMRRA est mandat\u00e9e pour octroyer des licences pour les produits physiques au Canada.
