Le statut<\/strong> fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence au statut de la licence, trait\u00e9 conform\u00e9ment aux conditions de l\u2019accord de licence m\u00e9canique entre la CMRRA et les titulaires d\u2019une licence. Les valeurs possibles et les significations associ\u00e9es sont les suivantes\u00a0: <\/p>\n

  • Annul\u00e9e<\/b>\u00a0: Cette licence a \u00e9t\u00e9 annul\u00e9e en raison d\u2019un changement de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de l\u2019\u0153uvre musicale, ou d\u2019une partie de celle-ci, ou de la cession par la CMRRA de ladite \u0153uvre musicale ou d\u2019une partie de celle-ci, ce qui la rend caduque.\n<\/li>\n
  • Confirm\u00e9e<\/b>\u00a0: Cette licence a \u00e9t\u00e9 accept\u00e9e par le titulaire de la licence conform\u00e9ment aux conditions de l\u2019entente de licence m\u00e9canique.\n<\/li>\n
  • Consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme confirm\u00e9<\/b>\u00a0: Cette licence est r\u00e9put\u00e9e accept\u00e9e par le titulaire de la licence conform\u00e9ment aux conditions de l\u2019entente de licence m\u00e9canique.\n<\/li>\n
  • DNR<\/b>\u00a0: Cette licence n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 octroy\u00e9e, car la CMRRA ne repr\u00e9sente pas (Do Not Represent) le titulaire des droits d\u2019auteur pour les licences m\u00e9caniques.\n<\/li>\n
  • \u00c9mise<\/b>: Cette licence a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9livr\u00e9e par la CMRRA, mais n\u2019a pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 valid\u00e9e par son titulaire.<\/li>\n
  • En suspens pour des raisons l\u00e9gales<\/b>: Cette licence a \u00e9t\u00e9 rejet\u00e9e par le titulaire de licence en raison d\u2019un litige existant ou en instance concernant l\u2019\u0153uvre musicale en question, et ce, lorsque\u00a0: i)\u00a0ce litige a \u00e9t\u00e9 port\u00e9 devant un tribunal mais n\u2019a pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9solu de mani\u00e8re satisfaisante par les parties au litige; et que\u00a0: ii)\u00a0les informations relatives \u00e0 ce litige ont \u00e9t\u00e9 communiqu\u00e9es par \u00e9crit \u00e0 la CMRRA.<\/li>\n
  • En attente<\/b> : Cette licence n\u2019a pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 octroy\u00e9e, car le taux de redevance n\u2019a pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9termin\u00e9<\/li>\n
