Complete your CMRRA Affiliation in three sections:

1. Application and Terms & Conditions:
   Complete the Application Form (Client Information and Affiliation Selection) and review and accept the Terms & Conditions.
2. Payment Setup:
   Complete the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Form requirements for royalty payment processing.
3. Identity Verification:
   Complete ID verification powered by Stripe.

Before you begin, you will require the following:

• Publisher or account name (this may be your own name if you do not have a publisher entity)
• Publisher IPI number (if available). Note: for self-published songwriters, this is different from your writer IPI number. If you do not have a Publisher IPI number, leave this field blank and CMRRA can assist you in obtaining this after affiliation.
• Valid government-issued photo ID for identity verification
• Banking information for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Form
• Void cheque or Direct Deposit form from your banking institution

Your application will be reviewed by our Client Services team. Once approved, you will receive a countersigned copy of your agreement along with instructions to set up your CMRRA Direct account.

Important Information:

• Your Stripe verification session may expire if not completed. If this happens, use the resume link sent to your email to restart verification.
• All required steps must be completed before your affiliation can be processed.
